This is an entry for Therealljidol. The topic this week was "First World Problem"“I need a Decaf, Jumbo, Half soy, Half non-fat, latte. With four shots, one and a half pumps of mocha, 2 splender, and 3 ice cubes on the side. I guess it makes me a simpleton that I want a plain old mocha with organic espresso, 2% or half-and-half, chocolate syrup, steamed to 160, and with only a slight layer of foam on top. Of course, I make it so I feel like I'm justified in having it how I want ;).

I've been reading a lot of late humorous entries and it's definitely brightened my day. Yours was very entertaining :).

making it yourself allows you to be as picky as you'd like. Most of the time I just make my coffee on my own.

lol. I absolutely love this entry! I love to hear people order their drinks because it's so crazy. I just order mine how they are on the menu with no special instructions so crazy orders fascinate me. lol.

My brother once embarrassed me mightily by asking the people at the counter why they couldn't have normal names for their sizes. My husband finally cut in and just ordered my brother's "tall" black coffee for him.

I am used to that by now. Usually if people are trying to be difficult I just tell them that small medium large works for me

I guess I am really horrible. All I want is a large black cup of good coffee--nor too acidic. Make that about 3 pots a night at work. Sometimes I go real crazy and add a little half & half.

I liked it. Your entry, I mean.

Are you too enslaved by a green siren with a penchant for reinventing itself?
