I'm finding that, without people around (i.e. online), I feel like posting more. Lucky you.
Just watched Kiss Kiss Bang Bang. I wouldn't say I loved it, but I definitely enjoyed it. Definitely some laughing out loud, and it wasn't violent enough to make it awful. It kinda reminded me of what The Ice Harvest (worst movie ever made) tried to do: crime, violence, comedy. But, you know, it worked. Not as well as the greats that combined those three, though; Lock, Stock, Snatch, and The Usual Suspects come to mind.
I have approximately 15 Christmas cards to write and send by Saturday.
In a few minutes, it will be Blake's and my semi-anniversary. More on that later.
Choir performance on Sunday. I'm glad. I like the music, am sick of the choir. Very unprofessional. And I don't like the warm-ups. Where's Dr. Stark when you need him?
Oh oh, here's me griping. Still no ceiling light, and it's been, what, 3 weeks? Got a notice today that they're taking away my heater tomorrow. The built-in one works, but only enough to keep it not-freezing. Hopefully the library got my account working again. What a GREAT time for them to lock it up, and based on something that is the same for ALL of the IFSA kids, but I'm the only one who had this happen to her. Someone used my pot. I would normally be okay with it, but the reason I know it's mine is because everyone else is dumb and uses metal utensils in their pots and scrape off the coating. I used it tonight, after it standing 4 days on the counter dirty (ew), and I am happy to say that it didn't seem scratched. The sun sets before 4 pm now.
Good news: Andrea sent me a card! It will most likely be the last one I get while I'm here. Weird!
Um, yeah. That's all, I think.
