St. Louis or bust
This morning I set out for St. Louis. The primary motivation is to see the Chihuly (sp...have to check spelling later.) glass exhibit in the Botantical Gardens, but it's going to be a multi-event trip. There were so many things that I didn't get to see when I lived here that I'm going to try to see. I got started late this morning, and had to stop for a nap, so didn't get ANYTHING done today. :-p oh well, I'll just have to be picky about what to do the next couple days. I still haven't figured out a schedule.
Places I want to see:
-Chihuly exhibit(A must!)
-Jewel Box
-City Museum (a must!)
-Blue Owl Rest. ...for pie. (Sun event--closed on Monday. highly recommended for it's pie)
-Butterfly House (Would be really cool...maybe a must)
-Visit profs at SLU
-Murder Mystery Dinner (would be nice, but I think it's going to get nixed)
-10pm Mass
-Soulard Market (Is it open on Sunday?)
-Lambert's Cafe (Home of the tossed roll...probably not this trip.)
-I know there are others, but I'm not going to get up to drag the info out of my bag. :-p
...but it's late, and I need to get sleep so I can get breakfast before they close it up in the morning. No time for sleeping in! Let's see if I can make some quick decisions... ha! whatever.
