giving in
i finally did it. i gave into the pressure, succumbed to the will of my peers. i got a live journal. do i still think they are a waste of time? most certainly, but i also think video games are a waste of time, and i play them quite a lot. another question arrises: will i actually post enough on here to make it seem worthwhile to anyone who wishes to read it? (i don't really think that live journals are worthwhile anyways* but whatever) probably not. i will get the usual influx of odd comments because of the interest in new things, change the colors five or six times, just because i can, and then stop.
also, in giving into the rush of wishes of others, i can here a motherly figure saying (because my mother actually never said this), "if your friends jumped off a cliff, would you follow?" and i am starting to think, "most definately, but only if it involved a computer, and changing colors."
