Two weeks to go?
Almost... The wedding's on a Saturday, but two weeks from today my best man gets in town, we pick up the tuxedos, and head off on the bachelor party. So it's major stress/panic time- especially for Debbie, who is again in charge of the Newark Days Kid's Parade. Which is tonight- so that will be a lot of stress off her shoulders once that's done.
We also finally got the AC completely installed last night (now that the outside temperature is in the 60's). On the plus side, we've also got heat- and the air flow was re-routed to bring it up to spec, which means it now flows through a metal vent into the furnace unit, instead of through a metal vent and a wooden box full of dust, mold, and termite eggs into the furnace unit. So Debbie should have fewer problems with coughing whenever we have to turn the heat on. The garage is a huge mess, because I've been reorganizing everything now that the AC equipment is out of the way, but I have my workbench set up, complete with a huge power strip and a work light, so I'll be building stuff again soon- and hopefully some cool illusions; the theme for next year's Newark Days is "Magic" :D
