Hah, yes, I hadn't noticed because I don't have Free Time, but Genevive in her outwear does look like a gypsy leaving a lamp, doesn't she? :) Darn, i could have made a joke about that...
I'm glad you read up and were able to get the joke! (Although I would have explained if needed.) It's an oldie but goodie. :)
Ygraine can't meditate and will never be able to, because she's limited to one Logic point. The kids might be able to meditate, but I can't remember their exact number of points at the moment. They could earn more and it would be legal, though. I guess since they spent all the money at the Tacky Flamingo, the oopsie on selling the tomatoes is okay. I didn't do it on purpose, and all they really got was a raised Fun motive. (And a betrothal. Provisional, of course. But I need that for Plot.)
I think things will be much easier now they are teens! Although this challenge is not the hardest challenge I've ever had. *bites tongue, wishes she hadn't said that because now it will all go wrong* I'm enjoying it, though, that's for sure!
The hardest challenge I've ever done is callista's homeless challenge! Well that and the apoc I attempted.
Of course I'd forgotten that rule. They need 3 logic points to meditate I think.
Which file out of those 4 Esme? cokenasmilesewingEP? Would you like me to see if I can change the money and if I can to what? $50? I don't promise to be able to do it though, as I have no idea if it's an easy thing or not. I did change a social security 'job' from $600 to $200. I like my sims poor. *evil cackle*
Darn, I forgot that there are four files in that post! Okay, I had a rummage through my files, and I'm pretty sure it's cokenasmilesewingEP. I think to be fair that the only way I could let these particular sims use the machine is for it not pay out at all. If that's not possible, then a nominal amount, like $1 or $5 is probably best. Otherwise, I could just have Beaudelaire sew all afternoon after school, and he'd probably make as much money as his mother! o_O If you want to have a crack at it, that would be cool, but please don't feel obligated! I'll work around it. :) (Also, I've already played the next rotation of this particular family, so it's not all that pressing.)
Looks like I picked the correct one. I don't mind, it's interesting sometimes to take a look in simpe. I went and tried just now forgetting I had the game on. Rats I'll have to look latter.

The sewing machine file is buried somewhere in my Downloads folder, but it's this one here: http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=175831
