I had a request for this, so here it is: The Tacky Flamingo itself, in all its neon pink glory!
Overhead
The Tacky Flamingo has only one floor, even if it looks like more from the front.

Alas, the bowling ball rack is only decorative. :(
The little black fridge is the one that came with Uni. If you use custom content, you may prefer the snack fridge recently created by HugeLunatic, which you can find here.
Around the back
The bushes provide something of a privacy screen for nekkid hottubbers/canoodling couples.
The front, without any writing (because I find writing on pictures distracting)
What looks like a second floor is a steep shed roof. You can fit a bar under the eaves, but it counts as outside and Sims don't like it. I kept the steep roof anyway, because it allows for moar flamingos.
This lot was created and packaged in a clean and empty 'hood. I do have an owned version of this in the 'hood that I play all the time, and you pretty much have to fight the customers off with a stick...
My game set-up: I have all EPs through Bon Voyage as well as Glamor Life Stuff and Family Fun Stuff.
Caveat: There are no ceiling tiles in this lot. If you do not have Apartment Life, you may be interested in the ceiling tiles I use in my own game, by jgwhiteus.
