Aw, Leila, you won't be the odd one out forever! *hugs*

Ha, Lisa's comment of Glen making the babies himself might come true if the aliens pay attention to him in his outfit. :)

Nice to see the sisters having fun together, their banter is great. :D

Not forever if I have anything to say about it. Although some of the "odd man out" has to do with the importance she places on having a man, which probably won't change too much.

I'm sure hoping that Lisa's comment about Glen is foreshadowing and not just a comment! But those *&^%%#$*&) aliens don't like to cooperate with me... >:-{

I'm glad you enjoyed the story! :D

I feel kinda bad for Leila, I know I wouldn't particularly appreciate being told that I need to "find a man" and that's all there is to it.

Anyway, all in all it seems like they're having a fun night out! (I had to laugh at the different kitchens they had. :D )

Leila's experience here is a little close to home for me: when I talk to certain relatives about all manner of negative feelings (lonely, overwhelmed, just in a bad mood), the response is often something along the lines of "Well, if you had a boyfriend..." I just don't raise those topics anymore. (Which doesn't stop my grandmother occasionally telling me, out of the blue, "Don't worry, you'll find a good man." Um, we were talking about plants and I'm perfectly cheerful. Where did that come from? *rolls eyes*)

Yes, some of those kitchens are suitable for, ah, "grown-up activities" and some... are not.
