(Supportive and approving applause)
OAKAPPLE: Today, I am... ten years sober, and... do you know... what I want... to do to... celebrate? I want... to have.. a juice. Just... one. Because I... "deserve" it after... all this time. And... I know I... can't, because one... is too many... and fifteen are... not enough. (pause) My husband and... my daughters planned... a special day... today, to celebrate. We... have had all... my favorite foods. We... have done all... my favorite... activities. Tonight we are... going to see... a play. I... have a loving... and supportive man... and two wonderful... girls, and all I... can think about is... having that juice. I... don't want to... throw away... everything I have... worked for. I know... that I need... to take it one... day at a time. I... am taking it... one day at... a time. But... this day is... very difficult. Please... help me remember that... leaving the juice... alone is worth... it. Thank... you.
