Hi there! Today, for your reading pleasure, we have a special treat: ten little-known facts about each of Bertie’s partners.
Okay, I had a super-busy social calendar and a nasty cold at the same time. How often does that happen, anyway? I apologize.

Corey Jeffress
1. Corey can swear fluently in fifteen languages.
2. Although I write him as an architect, Corey’s in-game job is actually in Politics. (I don’t have Free Time.)
3. Corey can hear me, a characteristic usually reserved for Babies, Toddlers, and children of a really nice telescope. This is not a random narrative choice, though. All non-infant, non-alien Sims that can hear me have something in common. Have a read of my other stories and see if you can figure it out. [/shameless self-promotion]
4. Corey will do just about anything for a kumquat.
5. Corey’s favorite color is red.
6. Corey doesn’t read fiction. Okay, he read Loving Frank last year, but only because it was about Frank Lloyd Wright. That doesn’t count.
7. Corey watches a lot of documentaries.
8. Corey was fat as a child. He is secretly afraid of becoming fat again.
9. Corey likes dogs okay, but greatly prefers cats. He considers dogs to be “too needy.”
10. Corey is terrified of insects.
Vanessa Adams
1. Vanessa loves flowers but hates gardening.
2. Vanessa only wears skirts. Well, unless she’s in the pool or working out. Then they aren’t practical. But the rest of the time, it’s skirts all the way.
3. Vanessa used to do bubbles, but quit because the munchies were ruining her figure.
4. Vanessa wore braces for six years.
5. Vanessa is a natural blonde, but dyes her hair anyway to make it a more attractive shade.
6. Vanessa sings alto.
7. Vanessa doesn’t consider herself very maternal.
8. Vanessa’s in-game career is Science. (They don’t need the money, but this challenge is a lot easier if some people get out of the house every once in a while.)
9. Vanessa once posed for some tasteful photos that were later published in a gentleman’s magazine.
10. Vanessa is absolutely fanatical about WTD prevention.
Robert Steele
1. Robert is the illegitimate child of famous actor Komei Tellerman.
2. Robert reads The Grapes of Wrath once a year, and cries at the last scene every single time.
3. Robert takes most stuff in stride and sees no particular reason to comment on it. This has earned him a reputation for being unobservant.
4. Robert likes folk music, particularly English and Irish folk music.
5. Robert also likes German techno and electronica.
6. Robert used to have a pet snake. It got loose one day and nobody ever found it.
7. Robert was raised in a fairly strict Cheesist home. (Those are the folks who worship grilled cheese.) (You knew that.)
8. Robert likes slasher movies.
9. Robert is allergic to avocado.
10. Robert talks in his sleep.
