Calling fans of the Twilight Fandom! Are you looking for a fun and exciting way to write fanfic and share it with others?
Well, come on over to the twilight_las community and sign up today! Hosted by the wonderful needtakehave, this is a writing challenge known as Last Author Standing, where every two weeks you are given a prompt and you are to write a fanfic between 100 and 1000 words based on that prompt. All pairings (including slash) is accepted. After the prompt deadline, voting takes place and the fanfic with the least amount of votes is out and the others continue until we reach the last author standing. Easy. Posts are completely anonymous until after voting, so voting is like a box of chocolates: You never know what you're going to get.
The round winner will receive a $10 Gift Card for either Amazon or Barnes&Noble as well as a great graphic. It's a great way to improve your writing and receive constructive critism about your pieces, while writing about a fandom you love! So, why not give it a go?
