In Maki- chan’s hospital room
“I’m going to talk to her, and I want you to stay close and quiet with me. No matter what I say. Okay”
“Why am I here again? I do I got to do with this anyways?”
Jin gave Kame a glare which ended the attitude of Kame.
“Whatever, Akanishi. Just do whatever you have to do.”
“Maki? Wake up honey. I’m here. Wake up for me please.”
There he goes with his acting skills no wonder I couldn’t bear him cheating on me.
Damn it he still doesn’t get it. Kame thought as he heard Jin calling out to Maki.
“Jin~ Jin~”
“Yes, Maki I’m here. Just here for you. Can you hear me?”
“Yes. Jin I can hear you” Maki chan answered weakly.
“Maki I want you to be alive but it seems it’s going to be hard unless you make a decision.” Jin held Maki’s hand and rubs his thumb on it.
“What are you saying, Jin?”
Jin leads in towards Maki and whispers to her about her condition.
“Jin. I know you care because I’m your friend but I’ll have this discussed with my boyfriend. So don’t worry.”
“Maki! Stop lying already. I know the kid is mine and you don’t have a boyfriend to begin with. So stop denying it, will you?”
“No Jin. It’s not your kid. Please Jin. Try to understand.”
“ No! You have been hiding this matter to me quite awhile due to Ueda’s threat didn’t you?”
“Jin? How? Did you....?”
“Maki. No matter whoever threatens you, all I know is that the kid is mine and it’s my responsibility to take care of you and our kid.”
I knew you had it in you Jin. All your bakaness made me doubt you though; this is why I love you Jin. This is why. Kame thought to himself as he kept quiet.
“Maki, please make a wise decision. I’ll stand by whatever decision you take. Please just don’t leave me hanging.”
“Jin, would you mind leaving the room for a moment? I would like to talk to Kamenashi-san.”
Jin nodded looked at Kame, who in returned didn’t look at him but the hospital window.
After ½ an hour of conversation in together, Kame finally came out of the ward. His face was reddish, flushed and wet.
Tears kept rolling and every sob he made didn’t go unheard.
“Kame? What happen? What did Maki say?” Jin came running.
There was no answer but a trembling finger pointing to the insentive care ward.
Jin slowly walked to the ward, hardly praying god for Maki’s smile to shine. Jin silently opened the door and slide into the room to look at Maki. She was sleeping and breathing steadily with a smile.
He came out without a sound and looked for Kame. But he was nowhere to be found.
“Maru, where is he?”
“He left just a moment ago. And he asked me to pass you this.” Maru handed a letter folded pretty much with perfection.
Jin hesitantly took the letter from Maru and opened it.
" thanks man." maru left without saying much.
And the letter reads....
Dear Akanishi,
This is going to be hard but Maki has made her decision. I hope you will take responsible of her decision. Maki has decided on giving the child away and also end her life with it. She doesn’t want to have a transplant either. She only wants her last days with you and only you. She loves you very much. And she deserves the best. Take care of her well. And Akanishi...
I LOVE YOU TOO. COME BACK TO ME, WILL YOU? I couldn’t say it loud to you just then, because I couldn’t face you Jin. I want to call you by your name. Say your name. Moan your name. Live with your name. I want to be with you Jin. I only realised what I’ve done after looking at Maki’s determination to be with you in her last days. I still hope I didn’t lose you Jin. Cos without you, I’m nothing. I LOVE YOU! I WANT TO BE WITH YOU JIN!

“Bakame, I loved you all along baby!” Jin smiled in tears.
Jin looked back at the letter several times and jumped around the corridor overjoyed. He immediately took out his phone and dialled the number he wanted to dial all this time. As the phone ring, he could hear a familiar ringtone ringing at the same corridor. Jin realised that it was Kame’s phone. He began searching for Kame as he continued to call him.
At a very lonely corner of the corridor, Kame stood there holding at his phone tight smiling in tears.
“You know you could answer that call, if you want?”
Kame knew Jin would find him no matter what.
“Hmmm” Kame nodded still not facing Jin who was right behind him.
“I missed you.”
“Hmmm”
“Is that all you going to say?”
“Hmmmm”
“Okay so you are going to only say ‘hmmm’ if I did this?” Jin pulled Kame around and kissed him passionately and roughly.
“No Jin. I missed you too..” Kame confessed in between their kisses.
“I missed you too my turtle.” Jin continued as he pressed his forehead with Kame’s and smiles in tears. Holding Kame’s face and caressing his cheeks.
“We are now crying together. And it’s because of you.” Jin claimed.
“I love you Jin.” Kame confessed again.
Jin hugged Kame tighter and whispered.” I love you too honey.”
“Ahmmm. Excuse me, Akanishi - San?”
