AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!
(in a sing-song-y voice) I have no concentration skills whatsoever!
I failed today in my whole "I will get schoolwork done and be amazing and whatnot". I read about 50 pages in a book I have to read for tomorrow morning (still have 200 pages which will be expertly skimmed through), and I started studying for my midterm (also tomorrow morning) 2-3 hours ago, but I am still made of fail. I took a dinner break (and watched Mock the Week clips), and then gave fashion advice to my sister (wtf???) and got totally distracted by the fact that William Jennings Bryan was actually a bit of a looker in his day, despite being all evil and anti-evolution-y.
Gah! Don't want to work! Oh right, I forgot to explicitly lay out how I fail at studentry: yesterday, I got home from class, ate lunch, read 15 pages of the book from hell, and then fell asleep for four hours. I then woke up, went to Starbucks to comfort a friend, and then came back and read up to page 144 or something, then fell asleep again. Today, I read some more, then watched Castle and Glee and Stargate Universe and NCIS and NCIS:LA. I can only pat myself on the back because I didn't then watch the latest Fringe nor relapse into my Queer as Folk marathon (never seen the series before, and I think I'm kind of in love).
Oh well. Tomorrow, after failing my midterm and squawking when my prof asks me a question regarding military strategy, I'm going to a friend's photography exhibit. :)
And then relapsing into my QAF marathon. ;)
P. S. I suppose I should mention that each episode that I caught up on today made me squeal with joy in their own special ways. :D I do love my stories!
