Double chocolate chip cupcakes - What a gift is life
Yesterday we were visited by a wonderful friend who gave us very good advice and brought a lot of chocolate. Perfect for making some lovely cupcakes. They turned out so good they surprised me. I usually look for recipes but then when I find them I change them. Here's my own recipe which came out really nice.
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cup self raising flower
250g chocolate - I used 1 Cadbury egg and 2 bars
3 eggs
1/2 cup milk
METHOD
1. I melted the chocolate egg and left aside 90 g chocolate - the 2 bars.
2. I chopped the chocolate bars.
3. I mixed everything and placed the mixture into paper forms.
4. Sprinkle with coconut and put in the oven. 200 Celcius for 15-20 mins.
