Mind Over Matter
So, I saw the midwife today and it would be helpful if we could all start picturing one of those films with a rose turning back into a bud. She said it would be ideal if I could make it two more weeks, but that it could be as soon as tonight. Guess I should avoid dinner with you, Susan. Lunch maybe. It needs to be at least one more week for me to do a water birth. Also, Blue Cross Blue Shield has called off negotiations with Tenet. If they do not settle, my insurance will not pay for me to have my baby after June 30. So let's hope she is closer to on-time (June 25) without going over. No whammies. No whammies.
