**hugs** Oh, man, you KNOW you have sympathy from me on the frequent-migraines front!
I'd definitely advise keeping a headache diary, because they're incredibly helpful to your doctors if you wind up needing to find a pattern/trigger. Hopefully, these are just caused by stress/lack of sleep, but it's worth doing anyway, just in case.

Yeah sorry, my Livejournal has tended to become an infrequent place for me to vent the more negative emotions, while Facebook is "the happy place," because I have a few hundred friends there and when you get that many people, you get people who bitch about sad/angry posts or get overly worried about depressed posts

Check diet, esp. aged foods (Food diary helps too), stressors, weather (pollen?)...

I'd love an update though. The last entry of yours I remember was pretty dark - an update would be good.
