Or, Why You Shouldn't Start Filming The First Installment Of A Series Based On Books That Haven't Been Written Yet...

So apparently, the plot to the Twilight series careens wildly into crazyland which, by the last book, seems patently unfilmable and wholly unsuitable as PG-13 movie-fare.

However, the first movie (Twilight) was already in production before the last book (Breaking Dawn) was finished, meaning the film franchise has painted itself into a corner of inappropriate/silly plot developments that could make the final film "enjoyable" for the sheer spectacle of absurdity on the big screen.
