[fandom] Bones and Fringe, little things of joy

Stuff I love about tv!

Gordon! Oh, man, I love him. I love him even more now that we know about his alterego, a bisexual spaceman with a taste for six inch platform shoes, spandex, glitter, and an exhibitionist's disdain for underclothes. Who misses rock and roll and plays air guitar in the kitchen.

I want a crossover where Ripper and Gordon of Noddy Comet have a thing. Because that would be awesome and also hot. Or maybe where Giles and Gordon get back together now, which would also be awesome and also hot. Two old rebels playing guitar together. Guh.

I still don't like Sweets. His personality grates at me; he tries too hard, or that's how he comes across.

The sewer scene and the monster itself reminds me a lot of The Relic which is one of my favorite books ever (and the movie isn't too bad either).

Olivia turns the light back on at the end! I was just how she felt about the darkness now that she knew the monsters were real - not just as of this episode, either - and then she turns the light on again! I love her!

Each episode I watch of this show fills me with a giddy glee! GIDDY GLEE!

"But you were brave today." Oh, my heart. I'm not sure why, but that line really got to me.

But mostly I love that last scene, where she turns on the light.

Finally, ever since Stephen Fry: The Secret Life of the Manic Depressive, I've been just overwhelmed by Stephen Fry. I mean, I've always been a fan, but when J. suggested I watch that, it broke me right open.

Scooby Doo is on and they are trying to trap a vampire. I LOVE YOU SCOOBY DOO.
