This is wonderful! I'd never considered this pairing before, but you made it plausible. My favorite line was, "(Well, the pretzels weren't completely unhealthy, but everything else was.)" That sounds so Claudia!

Thank you! Ever since I first read that book as a young kid, it drove me crazy that Dawn (DAWN!) sneaked junk food into Claudia. DAWN! Why would she do that?

Obviously, I have my own explanation for it.

Thank you! I really wanted sweet BSC fic, and couldn't find any new ones to read, so I wrote my own. It's great to hear that you thought it was sweet, too.

I still have my collection from childhood. This is just proof that I should never have to give away a book because it might come in useful someday.
