Why? I like to know who's reading my journal, I also have trust issues..
Can I add you? Add away, whether I add you back is an entirely different matter. This journal is more concerned with my eating habits and I can promise you it will bore you to hell. My main journal is amillionlights, go there and ask to be added if you want to get to know me properly, but the chances of me adding you back are slim, especially if I don't know you at all. Sorry.
