Damn DVD Commentaries

On one of the commentary tracks for NCIS (I think it is in one of the early seasons) they talk about how horrible it is to film a scene where you're eating food because it gets all nasty under the filming lights, and you have to do so many takes.

And you know, ever since I heard that, I wince everytime that I see prolonged food sequences in shows.
