I was wondering what fancy schmancy concept Pareto optimality was when I found out that it's simply allocative efficiency -_-
I realised how interesting Econs is, what more since I've watched "A Beautiful Mind" and now I see articles on the Nash equilibrium online. Allocative efficiency is the situation whereby the current combination of goods sold and consumed in the market gives each consumer the maximum satisfaction given their limited levels of income. Whoohoo.
Two topics of GP down. Going to finish up on Umwelt tonight and hopefully be done with German!
