Coasting for now
Alright I've had a good week. Got my accounting project done on time with alot of help from a classmate in accounting. I might even be able to make a B now in the class. And I think I found a church that I enjoyed this Sunday. It's called the Vineyard and apparentlly produces alot of music for many artists. It is the first church I've been to in a while were I actually wanted to go back to. Also while there I meet someone who was telling me about an internship that his company has that he would look into for me. It's the first time that I've been to a church were I felt comfortable by myself at.
Also that sunday I went to a wedding shower for some friends. It's weird that they will be getting married in a month and a half. Lean is 21 and Matt is 23 or 24. They have been dating for two years now though and everyone had the idea that they would get married and sometime soon for over a year ago. They are really a great couple. I arrived late to the shower because my ride had to work, but it was fun never the less. I had a really good discusion with Karlene, my ride, about relationships and women, and was somewhat an ear for her to talk to. Which I was espescially when I stayed the night with two girls, Angie and Calina, and had a long and good conversation with them. That and I got to know them alot better which is really cool. However I must be careful of not to fall head over heels for one of them which I must say I'm starting to, but I like how our friendship is budding right now. Must keep my strong impulses for a relationship beyond friends in check.
The Thanksgiving get together wensday was fun. The food was good even though the cheese cake crust and pumpkin pie crust got burnt but they both were really. So here goes a BIG THANKS TO DAVID, AMANDA, BRIAN, AND JESSICA. It was a good gathering and I brought Angie with me because she was going to be spending Thanksgiving Day alone. I had hope to others that weren't there but kinda guessed that they would have already left so I hope I get to see them sometime soon. I spent Thanksgiving day with my mom which was mostly fun I found myself getting irrated by my mom when I shouldn't be and I need to be more patient with her. We went and saw two movies and she still wanted to go see a third. The two movies were National Treasure which was really a good action movie and The Incredibles which was also alot of fun. The third movie was Alexander but I didn't want to go see three movies in row. So I stayed the night with my mom and she wanted to get up early to go shopping at 6a.m.. Tell me this why in the world do stores go on this 6 or 7 hour sale that starts at 6 am or even 5 am at a few stores. It is insane. However my mom was to tired to get up and didn't want to deal with the traffic both on the highway and what was to be in the malls. Then we babysitted and ate some left overs that a friend of my mom's made. The turkey was smoked and had a awsome flavor to it. Went home and hung out with my dad for a few hours and now over Adrians watching him play FF10. Tomorrow will have to start doing work again.
