Been a while...
I did end up calling Bryan but he was working so I ended up talking to his sister for about an hour about her gimped knee and her possibly getting kicked out of Bryan's because she can't pay rent, because she can't work, because she has a gimped knee. Anyways, Bryan was pleased, Ben was even more pleased, Richard was kind of upset at the idea of me going to Wolfville if I get into Acadia but whatevs.
Anyways, I have just gotten back from my interview. They called me on Monday the 11th and asked me a few questions and said for me to come in for testing the next day at 2pm. I went in for testing and I got..92%...hells yes! Anyways after the testing Gerry (the hr rep who set it up for me), told me I could have an interview tomorrow if I liked. I wasn't doing anything else so I agreed. 2:30pm today I had my interview which started 15 minutes late, and lasted 45 minutes. A bunch of useless questions later I was offered a job. So now I'm sitting here typing this regreting the fact that I have to read like 10 pages on code of conduct. It's all worth that pay check. Monday at 3:40 I will being my training with orientation day and then so begins my hopefully close to a year long career at teletech. mmm money.
Anyways, besides that nothing much has happened. I'm pretty much teh biggest loner ever but that's fine. I'll make friends soon enough. That's what work is for. Maybe I'll make friends with the resident vampires who work there, wouldn't that be fun?
