LOVE IS OVER.
So yeah, I thought my next post was going to either be about Animazement (yes, I'm still talking about it) or about the rest of my art portfolio...but both will just have to wait!!
I just got the PS3 game, Catherine, tuesday...And I LOVED it! :D I just beat it a couple of hours ago today...I'm all about the voice-talent, and they all did so awesome! (Troy Baker is soooooooooo awesome!) So yeah, it had a lot of animated scenes too, which were pretty nice! But the graphics were my favorite part, which was weird, 'cause I never get hung up on graphics or anything (if the story's good, I love it)...I liked how their expressions were kind of looked hand-drawn, kinda. x)
I must admit that climbing the blocks were kind of hard. LOL There were so many times where I just wanted to throw the controller! x) But all-in-all, I think it had a pretty decent balance between challenging and easy...though I must have died 12 times on the "baby with a chainsaw" LOL That one was the most difficult for me for some reason. xD Oh! And the "bride" one...My sister and I were yelling when we were playing that one! xD I was like, "HIT THE CHECK-POINT, HIT IT, HIT ITTTTT!!" We were crazy. lol But we got through it, obviously! :D
The good ending really made me love the game...I think there are three different endings to the game, and just, the bartender was hilarious (thank you, Kirk Thorton!)
I really liked the classical music remixes, too. They made the game more interesting, and it made for some really good game music! Haha.
Vincent had some hilarious faces, too. lol He's such a lovable dork (if you get the good ending xD) But yeah, like I said, the game is really good! Really different gameplay, but the concept is just so good (I mean, really? A "lamb" in a confessional elevator!? Awesome.)! Really worth checking out in my opinion.
Okay, so after getting that out of my system, I kind of want to draw fanart, but I dunno...We'll see! :)
...Now I want to read my sister's to see what she said about it. lol She reeeeally wanted the deluxe pre-order package with Vincent's boxers! Which, I wanted them too, (lol) but it was just too much. xD
