The following terms govern your use of and purchase of products from http://escapan.livejournal.com. Your use of our Web site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms stated. Terms and Conditions are subject to changes without prior notice.

Products Information
Items on Escapan are all pre-order basis unless stated under "in-stocks" category. The prices listed on our Web site are in Singapore Dollars only.

Due to mass manufacturing inconsistencies, there might be a 0.5"-1" difference in the measurements given on the site. This difference does not constitute as a defect and refunds/exchanges due to this will not be entertained.

Colours
Escapan makes every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colours of our products that appear on our Web site. However, as the actual colours you see depend on the resolution of your monitor screen, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colours will be exactly the same as the colours of our products.

Refund Policy
Escapan agrees to do a refund of payments transferred in the following situation(s):
1. Products deemed defective by Escapan and returned through returns & exchanges process.
2. Products in processed/verified orders that Escapan is not able to deliver as accordingly.
