Day Three Morning:
Tapwater tastes fuller to me. It's a strange thing, that water most definitely has different tastes depending on where it comes from, but I don't ever remember getting a particular 'flavor' out of that difference. It's fuller, or flatter, or crisper, or brighter. Not sweet or sour or etc. The best water I've ever tasted was crisp and clean, a family farm's well-water that had been kept just under freezing in the fridge for a few hours. It was absolutely amazing. But I drink tap these days, and for all the non-filtered bits in it, I still like it.
Day Three Afternoon:
Sometimes I feel a little out-of-breath after I drink a full glass. Heartbeat faster, shallower breathing, like I just skipped forward a few steps before dropping back down to normal pace. Am I building myself up to the whole 'drink a glass!' challenge? There are very few other liquids I'll just toss back like I do water, either. Diabetic need for sugar notwithstanding, because chugging back milk or juice to stop myself from dying doesn't really count.
