ooc: Permissions Post
These seem to be all the rage with the powered characters, huh?
As explained in a different post (here, if you're interested), Grell is a death god and has several powers of note:
1) Perception: He has been shown in canon to recognize supernatural beings like demons and (in the anime) angels. I assume he'd be able to sense any non-human to a certain extent.
2) Cinematic Record: Explained in the above post, Cinematic Record is the phenomenon of your life passing before your eyes. Death gods can pull that Record out of people and play it before the victim's and god's eyes by cutting the person (drawing blood) with their death scythe. A death scythe can cut through any material (downsized for Luceti to where it can't just eat through metal poles and buildings like it did in canon, but can rip into people all the same) and Grell's scythe is his chainsaw.
To help facilitate interactions, here's a handy little form so Grell can figure out what's going on. Also, this only applies for face-to-face interactions. He cannot perceive anything by voice or written posts.
