still alive, still kicking, still fighting it.
So i'm all moved in. I have a roof and a fridge and internet and cable. This 3 weeks have beaten me within an inch of my life, but now that i am re-connected to my beautiful, limitless, broadband music source the spring is back in my step. Ah, nothing like streaming radio to balance the humors. having your own place is a pain in the ass, and an expensive one at that. speaking of expensive, what's the deal with my best friend, girlfriend, and mom having birthdays within 3 days of one another. This should prove an interesting weekend indeed. I get to see the decemberists on monday which i'm quite pleased with. bright eyes is this thursday, i'm more curious than excited. I like "Lifted: the story is blah blah soil, etc." alot. It's, in my humble opinion, a lyrically brilliant album. I don't know what to expect of connor oberst in concert, though. Well, i don't much care for typing any more tonight so I'm off. Working on a mix cd for alyssa (i also owe katelyn one and if she reads this, it's coming soon, trust me). i'll update soon...maybe.
