Now that I'm not working (all the time) my days are full of possibilities and I decided to concentrate as much as I can of my time on reading books.
I'm challenging myself to read at least 30 books this years and with books I mean books, no graphic novels or comic books, just plain wonderful wordy books.

Since on Sunday I finished The Love Affairs of Nathaniel P. by Adelle Waldman (I've basically read half of it on Sunday because I wasn't unable to stop... also Eric was working on one of his projects on his laptop and I didn't wanted to turn on Netflix and distract him) on Monday I went to Storage to pick up another book from one of the Book Box and I found NOTHING. All the books that were there were either Self Help Books (Eric's books) Picture/Coffee Table Books (again Eric's) or Books I had already read. There were just 3-4 books I still need to get around too but none of them was appealing enough... All my books are in another storage unit... The one in Georgia!!! I have tons of books on my iBooks account (mostly Star Wars Books) but I wanted something to hold.

Today, even if outside it was 86°F (30°C) [Don't hate me, I live in Florida...] I took my bike and I went to Barnes and Noble... I biked almost 7 miles (11 km) only to go buy books... Under the sun... This is devotion!

I was planning to buy just a couple, since I had to bike back for other 7 miles, but so many books called at me and I ended up buying 11 novels (plus a Chandler Bing Funko Doll because THAT WAS TOO CUTE). I'm very excited about all of them and I don't know where to start... I've never read The Catcher in the Rye in english and I don't remember the story that well, but I don't think it's going to be the first one I'll start (after I finished the only book that got my attention in storage A Man Walks Into A Room by Nicole Krauss).

Here a photo of my booty!!!

Time to go... These books anin't gonna read 'emselves... :)
