Those in the Humanities class would probably have noticed that the IH Exam and MRP grades are skewed; they are, indeed, switched, with the IH Exam being the MRP grade, and the MRP grade reflecting the oh-so-tedious 25-25-50 "you're not going to have to sit for" exam.
Of course, this means that now, it looks bad on our report cards, but of course, that doesnt matter, since the report to the MOE and the GE branch would now be glossed over, and it would reflect, despite what *some* teachers have said, that the humanities class, is indeed a success. therin lies the bitter irony; they label those participating in their brainchild science-class rejects but don't put it past them to pull off an underhanded manouvre so as to push us by 0.03 MSG points up the ladder to be in the clock tower.
I'd sooner be out of the clock tower than have to resort to play along in this imbecilic farce of those who are, quite simply beneath contempt.
Those may be harsh words, but I don't think "science class rejects" is in any way a form of encouragement.
How it is that the higher authorities granted such a move to swap the grades is beyond me. But it's obvious of their involvement, hence their acceptance and endorsement of such an act, or that this was indeed such a covet operation that only a few knew, and it has not been sanctioned by the school authorities.
It may be that the truth may never come to light, but all the same, i think people would want to save some face, and wish that details and names be kept quiet. as to that, i give no guarantee.
