you tell me... I actually sent this conversation to a mailing list of RL friends (although I edited so that my user name was no longer in it: Keep your parallel lives parallel, don't let them cross :))

They understood all the computer stuff, but I had to explain pretty much everything concerning HP -- except for the very basics....
