How You Know You Are Out of Shape

1. Get a bunch of Australian, South American, and French People
2. Go to a giant field and bring a foot ball
3.  Grab a bunch of random other people at the field
4. Play four hours of football, shouting and yelling in English, French, and Spanish. 
5. Check Your Pulse.

I love my Foreign Friends...They make me feel normal.
