As Expected?
After thinking over and over about my next Love Revo playthrough, I end up choosing Masaki's route after all. （〃▽〃）Because the game is full-voiced, I can understand the story better this time. Usually I'm not really attracted to haraguro characters (Benkei of Haruka 3 is an exception! ♥), but I really like Masaki and his background story.
Sigh.. No matter how many times I've played through his route, I never got bored and will still love his scenes.

Masaki is Hitomi's classmate who had a very cheerful and refreshing personality. He was in the soccer club, and had a dog named Stain (sp?) whom he loved so much. Well.. at first he laughed at Ren's reaction towards Hitomi, but then he added that it's just his personality so Hitomi shouldn't mind it.
Masaki's family have a jewelry business (I think), but rather than inheriting the shop, he wanted to be a veterinarian instead. Masaki loves animals of all kind. He clearly stated that he was saved by Stain once, but at first he didn't want to tell Hitomi the whole story.
Inside though, Masaki wasn't really what he appeared to be. Behind that refreshing smile was a man who didn't trust any person other than himself. He revealed his real face when Hitomi and him met a guy named Yuuki, who seemed to know Masaki, in the park. Yuuki was concerned about Masaki, but he just left without saying anything. Hitomi chased after him and said he shouldn't behave that way. Masaki then told Hitomi about his true self, that the cheerful and refreshing Masaki was all just an act. He got angry, saying that Hitomi didn't know anything, so she shouldn't lecture him like that.
During the snowboarding field trip, Hitomi was tricked by a female classmate who seems to be a fan of Masaki. As a result, Hitomi took the wrong lift to the advanced course, and ended up lost. Masaki came to find her, but because of the mist, they had to spend the night in a small shack nearby. Masaki then asked Hitomi that after she was tricked by that classmate, could she ever trust other people again?
What happened in the past was, when Masaki was in America, he became friend with Yuuki. One day, a criminal of some sort suddenly came in to the shop they were in, wielding a gun. Masaki tried to protect Yuuki, but in the end he was captured while Yuuki just ran away leaving him behind. Stain rescued Masaki at the time, as the dog knocked the gun away. That's why Masaki said Stain saved his life. Yuuki apologized afterwards, saying that he ran away because he's afraid. Masaki couldn't accept the betrayal though, and because of that he didn't want to trust other people again, believing that eventually other people would always betray him anyway.
When morning came, they tried to find their way back to everyone's place. But because of the landscape, Hitomi slipped and almost fell off a cliff. Masaki helped her, but as a result he was hanging down the cliff. He told Hitomi, who was holding his hand, to let go. Hitomi refused, and despite Masaki telling her to let go, she managed to pull him back up. Hitomi said there's no way that she would ever let Masaki fall and got injured, and that she doesn't want to betray him.
After the graduation ceremony, Masaki called Hitomi to their classroom. Masaki then confessed to her, saying that after all that happened, he believes (and want to believe) in her. He knew that Hitomi won't betray him no matter what. Masaki then kissed Hitomi in the classroom.
A few years later, Masaki and Hitomi was in New York on New Year's Eve. He took her there because she said she wants to see the place where Masaki grew up. They went to different universities, as Masaki is working towards his dream as a veterinarian. Masaki said there's no need to worry, because even though their universities are different, he won't betray her anyway. After the countdown and saying Happy New Year to each other, they promised to stay together forever.

Now, whose route should I do next? I'm thinking about doing Ken-chan or Wakatsuki-sensei..
