... our chances of recovery are low. To quote my insurance people. Soooooo, according to that I need the upstairs neighbour's water supply to leak again before I can claim??? It doesn't make sense, what do I pay them for each month?
I rang them not to make a claim, but to find out if I had grounds to make a claim, and if so, was it against the neighbours insurance company, or United Utilities or both. There is water damage at least to the paintwork, and I don't know if the tiling or fixtures have damage as well.
