I reluctantly submitted to Capcom's influence...

Hey y'all. Hope everyone is having a wonderful labor day. ^_^

Heh, so I started the day doing a bit of homework, which is a surprise since I'm usually at my laziest on vacations XD, and then I suddenly realize I have enough money to buy a Gamecube...now, knowing me, I usually jump, more like implode, at the opportunity to get a new game or system, lol. But I got to wondering what in the world I'd buy besides Smash Bros. Melee, which came with the system in a bundle set by the way. -sigh- So I tried to pretty much keep myself from getting it since I didn't really see myself buying many games, but then I recalled Biohazard 4/Resident Evil 4. Now, most of my friends know I'm not a very avid fan of Capcom's clumsy survival-horror series with its terrible voice-acting and cliche plot line, but after testing the game at my friend Ryan's house...I was hooked, lol. It's graphics were the first to catch my attention, and it certainly didn't help that the atmospheric music rocked! So, as to conserve my money and avoid going completely broke, I bought Capcom's diamond along w/the system and a memory card.

Now, was I dissapointed with my purchase? Heck no, lol! XD Smash Bros. Melee is extremely fun, and it helps I can play it with my sis and friends on occasion. For only $99, the Gamecube was practically a steal...yeah right, but it came in its limited edition platinum form, which I love to death, haha. And finally, I reluctantly admit that Biohazard 4 plays like a gem and serves enough adrenaline and tension that could cause a hydrolic explosion. XD Once I save enough, I'll be sure to buy more intriguing games, but at the moment I'm completely satisfied with what I got. Gah, now I just hope I don't go on a spending spree now that I have a job. >_< Oh well, I guess its ok to spoil ourselves once in awhile, heh heh.
