Haven't updated for while, been busy attempting to write my thesis which is still going slow.
Quick question though, is it possible to get a linux machine (that is sitting within the campus network) to mount my user filestore? I want to backup my user area before the account gets shutdown. I've tried doing a standard mount -t smbfs.... but it doesn't like it and I was wondering if any ex-compscis have some suggestions.
