Skit ?
Okay so a little bit of a sily....well very silly and maybe slightly stupid skit came to mind while I was studying for my nutrition exam
Me, two girls, and a boy are talking
Girl # 1- So people always question whether a tomato is a vegetable or a fruit. So....which one is it? It always baffled me.
Nutritionist Erum- Well you know, actually....tomatoes, squash, AND avocados are ALL fruits
Girl # 1- Really?
Girl # 2- Why is that??
Boy is sitting next to Girl # 2 and is playing a game on his phone during the discussion.
Erum- Well if you want me to get into specifics....the botanical definition of a fruit is defined as the ripened ovary of a plant and these fit into that category. They are ripened ovaries of a plant and therefore are technically fruits
Boy turns his head and faces Girl # 2: I want to ripen your ovaries
*Dead Silence*
*Confused and Disgusted looks from the girls*
Hahaha so I really dunno how funny this really is or not but if only I could make a cartoon or I knew a cartoonist and submitted a cartoon into the uconn newspaper just for kicks to see if they would accept it. They've accepted far more stupider cartoons/jokes- ones that aren't even funny. So I wonder...lol...anyway back to my readings
