Well People,
I haven't written here for a while. Various reasons, some more impressive then others. Mostly life is whirling about like a dust storm yet my camel won't budge. The aspects I would quiet insist on high-level activity, the aspects I would quicken are looking at me with vacant faces.
I've been shooting much. Merelight stuff. Which is good for skill, pocketbook and reputation. My camera is becoming increasingly sure and second hand. I like knowing how to use ISO. Makes me proud.
Ordered an album I heard on a memorable car ride. Should arrive tomorrow.
Solidifying my summer style. Lots of white shirts and gold. Trying to move from quirky trendy to soothing classic... with bits of spark. I love gold... it compliments my hair and skin and can be both muted and bold.
Reading more, when I can get away with it. Everlasting Man is blowing my mind *grin*.
The Mob has been fighting illness. I'm the only one who hasn't gotten this respiratory flu yet. Though I'm wondering if it's what I had in New York. If that is medically possible. Same symptoms, raging fever. Only the kids have a lingering cough. I don't have time to be sick. *blink* That always is taken into consideration by Fate.
We are watching the Office in the evenings *brighten eyes*. Loving it. LOVING Jim... which is kinda disappointing because you know you 'are supposed' to love him. And I like to be contraculture like that. Can't resist. Though he has little quirks that remind me of Britton Norris and my brother Justice. Stanley is a sleeper favourite. The sarcasm is perfect.
Mom has been in Philly for the last two weeks. She returns tomorrow. Hurrah. Trying to round up all the dirt today and dispose of it. Cleaned my bathroom *eek*. I always do it before and during my shower. Kills two birds with one stone.
God is good. More silent these days, yet obviously supporting all. *sigh*
