Actually, I think monotheism wins out in the end of BG. I can't give you chapter and verse without tipping over into massive spoilers. Watch the final season to get this. Or talk to me in real world. One thing I really liked about BG is that no person, position or belief was all good (or all bad).

Religion is also dealt with in Stargate SG1, but the overal theme is anti religion, that religions are invented concepts to fool the people (in this case, invented by multiple different alien species to fool primitive humans).
