A shame I missed the snowfight.

Actually...not really. I would have much preferred to stay in here and study...though the weather is becoming a bit too hot for my tastes. I would cast some sort of ice spell, but that would drain me.

I will just have to wear thinner clothing then.

Yep, you missed all the fun...but you would've gotten all soaked if you'd been there when the snow melted, so maybe it's better you weren't there.

Fortunately I had the foresight to place important valuables, such as my books, high above the ground, so the floodwaters would not be able to destroy them. The flood was just a minor inconvienience--my newfound spells helped dry the room quickly.
