Im going to go on a rant for a little bit here. If you havent watched my new video yet, to get you informed: My video this week could not be posted as it was made to YouTube due to Sony Music Entertainment Japan asking YouTube to block videos that had clips from AnoHana in them. All I have to say to that is, screw you Sony Music. Screw you.

Look, I get it, we are in a day and age when piracy is a huge issue that nobody knows how to deal with. All the companies want to protect their stuff, and I get that.
But is it possible for me to find and watch ALL of AnoHana online on various websites of questionable legality for free? Yes. It really really is.
Is it possible for me to upload a video that should be protected under fair use and freedom of speech and expression, that does nothing but bring attention to your show and encourage other people to take an interest in it? APPARENTLY NO.

You are just shooting yourself in the foot here. You may be preventing people from uploading entire episodes of your show to YouTube, but they have other websites if they are still determined. All you are doing is preventing people from uploading honest content that harms you in no way shape or form.

So this was hours of work down the drain. Now this is just a hobby, this is something I am doing for the pure fun of it. But today as I spent an ENTIRE day doing nothing but upload the same video FOUR TIMES which takes several hours each time, I seriously considered throwing in the towel. The result is what WAS one of my strongest videos, has now become the weakest.
Awsome. I am so, so very, not impressed.
