I hear you brother. I do Systems managment but havnt done any real hands on for a while and anything I have is old and out of date, feeling like a fossil. IT is such stress too and I don't like that. I have considered seeing a career counselor to get ideas about what else I can do. If I can gather any good info for you I will pass it your way.

I just made a date with a recruiter friend to help me figure out what I should go for next. :) Kinda like a counselor. ;)

I took a career search class at Colorado Free Uni. Included lots of various tests - personality, skill, interests, Myers Briggs, etc, and a one-on-one with the career counselor. Very helpful!

$100. It was worth it to me. And yes, I found out a lot about myself. Now I just need to put it into practice. :)
