So I've been giving a lot of thought recently to the tangled web that has arisen from the organically trimmed aging world of my online presence. You know Facebook has become my lifestreaming app of choice at least socially. Admittedly, I do with I could better control who has access to what info. photos can be controlled on a case by case basis but notes can't for example. Hmm, maybe I should look to see if there's a facebook app for that.

I'll second the reluctant endorsement for facebook. I post zero original content to it, but find that it's a good aggregator and syndicator of my blogs, tweets, flickr photos, yelp reviews, netflix comments, and Google Reader shares. Not because facebook has the best interface or the best philosophy: they're terrible. But they have the market share so most services federate well and there's already a large and active user group.
