found this barn play set at the thrift store. it came with a bunch more animals and it's huge. it's from ikea and it only cost 7 bucks. I was trying to get the chicken in focus, and not the baby cow, but I think I forgot about my macro setting.
I made this little guy. my first amigurumi! I need to get a yarn needle so I can actually embroider his eyes, but over all, not too shabby for my first time. especially since I made him inside out. by the time I realized I should have turned my work inside out so I didn't have to come at all of the stitches from the outside in, it was too late. oh well, he's still cute.

I rather like this one. there was actual good light coming in through the window, so I just grabbed the camera and pulled a myspace. I like the way it cropped itself.
this is my favorite refrigerator magnet ever. I got it in a mailing from publisher's clearinghouse about 15 years ago and it still cracks me up.
I was wandering around the house trying to think of something to take a picture of. the bathroom has the brightest lighting and most white wall space for background, so I took something in there to shoot. it was turning out so badly, I don't even remember what it was. so I just took a picture of the lighting. after some editing, I think it turned out pretty well.
I fell down and went boom. this is my bruised leg. I think it kinda looks like the surface of another planet....
I would have bought this, but I don't like "welcome back Kotter" that much. 5 bucks was a little steep. I love how you can see the creases from the poster being folded up in a magazine or something. also, the frame cuts off the lettering.
