The last time I was engaged in physical activity was in PE when we played basketball. My lungs felt like they were on fire and each muscle in my body was giving me disapproving looks. It was extremely addicting, but I think it was mostly the competitive air between psycho girls that kept me going.

I'm cheering for your newfound love for exercise! My brother's been joggin recently too, and now I'm starting to feel like the universe is trying to tell me something. XD
