Looks like a winner..
I'm going to be moving pretty shortly here, and in the same style as sr_sinn, I will no longer have internet access (at least for a short while until the cable company hooks up the cable access). Made a last-minute decision today to move in with two friends into a 2.5 bedroom house in the good old Peshastin area. I get the .5 of a bedroom, but for only 200 a month. We have a HUGE back yard, a front yard, a 2 car garage, new Pergo wood floors everywhere, new carpet in the bedrooms, irrigation for the back yard, lots of furniture and still more to move in, I think it will be Just Great.
We did a huge amount of yard work today... the previous renters never mowed any of the lawn and the two trees in the front yard were completely overgrown with shoots, so we pruned the trees including the branches touching the roof, and did a bunch of mowing and weeding in the front yard and driveway. Next weekend we are going to put the tractor on the trailer and bring it down to mow the back yard with the orchard mower (it's that big!) and flatten out some of the dirt mounds and stuff.
Maybe I'll see if I can take pictures tomorrow.
