woulda posted the reminder sooner, but i've been busy
come on down and have a good time folks
it should be a blast
so last friday they announced a contest at work, unlimited overtime, and the 3 people that work the most overtime, go into a drawing with 1 ticket per hour of overtime worked, with the winner getting a wii
already had plans to pick up the kids after work, so i could only manage 2 hours of overtime friday
then saturday-friday i worked 104.5 hours
after explaining the contest to donnie, he was all "why aren't you at work now" so saturday i dropped the kids off with my mom, and worked 7.5 hours, until my 1am on sunday shift started, worked that, then 6 more hours of OT, with lunches i was working for 23.5 hours straight, 26 if you count the unpaid lunches. slept in my car sunday until midnight, then another 16 hour shift,well, 16.5 because the last call went over by a half hour, then sleeping in the car again, then another 16 hour shift, then i drove home, showered, had a 3 hour nap, and came back to work, 16 hour shift, sleep in car, 16 hour shift, sleep in car, then another 16.5 hour shift thanks to a long vista call.
i'm finally home and able to update, before showering and going out to coffee.
tomorrow is gonna be a long day of cleaning and prepping for the party, then party time
