wednesday was my two year bandom anniversary! i'm so glad i'm in this fandom; it's so much fun, and i've met a lot of great people. and i owe it all to pete wentz, haha.
also,
it was an outside show, and we sat on the blankets and talked for hey monday's and all time low's sets. i was sort of paying attention, but they didn't really interest me. then cobra starship! it started raining for them and then stopped like, right after their set ended. just enough for us to get all wet and gross. anyway, they played:
the city is at war
smile for the paparazzi
snakes on a plane (bring it)
kiss my sass
guilty pleasure
they were fun as always, although gabe wasn't sounding his best. next was metro station, bringing the lolz. trace cyrus is SO RIDICULOUS, i couldn't stop laughing. also i was kind of drunk. this is when i should have gone to the merch stand, but obviously i wasn't thinking straight.
finally, it was time for fall out boy! it was so much fun, even better than last time i saw them. they looked and sounded great, especially everything from fad, which i was most excited about. i'm sure those of you who are interested already know how the shows go, with the suits and wigs and whatnot, so i'm not gonna get into that. setliiist:
disloyal order of water buffaloes
thriller
a little less "sixteen candles"
sugar, we're going down
i don't care
rap medley
this ain't a scene
what a catch, donnie (they had videos in the background, like part of the stand the drums were on?, of brendon and gabe and them singing their parts. pete said something about how they wrote this song so they could film william beckett singing in a bathtub, haha.)
i slept with someone in fob...
grand theft autumn
headfirst slide into cooperstown
dance dance
america's suitehearts
(coffee's for closers) (i was not expecting this one! it's cool, because every time i listen to this song i imagine what it'd be like live, because of the whole "throw your cameras in the air" thing. i totally listened to patrick on this, btw.)
thnks fr th mmrs
she's my winona
the patron saint of liars and fakes (another surprise!)
beat it
tiffany blews
saturday
at the end of one song, pete and patrick were facing each other and like, waltzing without touching, it was pretty funny. and there was pete doing
this, which, ngl, was a nice sight. and um, there were other such happenings that i can't remember because it's been a week and my memory is shot D: so have a couple shitty pictures:

this makes it look like we were farther away than we really were. we were actually pretty close, like i didn't have a problem seeing anything. this is mostly the back of people's heads, because i'm already pretty tall and i felt bad holding my camera up and blocking people's view. but whatever, this is my favorite song from fad, i had to record it.
so that's it. i didn't get a shirt because the line was ridiculously long, and i was sore and tired and sweaty and gross. but i had a very good time! a+, would see again.
