[Adam couldn't sleep for most of the night, this was still new to him. He saw it as well and he had a very bad feeling about it.]

Is...that what I THINK it is?

I've only seen those things in old pictures. It's definately not a good sign; people died from things like that. If that message we recieved earlier was a warning, then we need to take it seriously.

Yes. It's from a bomb and a powerful one at that. That type has been known to kill hundreds of people.

Bombs explode. That means everything in the area where it hits gets set on fire. Just thinking about it just makes me shake. What's worse is the fallout; people get sick even after the bomb denonates. If the bomb hit somewhere further away, there's still worry that this place will be hit with some of the fallout.

[He sighs and looks away.] That message says to leave here quickly. I think we need to follow it.

I… don't think I understand. ( Always hard for her to admit. )

Hmm. [He puts a finger on his temple, trying to explain in simple terms.] Basically, a bomb makes fire that spreads. [Adam feels like he failed but he tried to explain it.] In that fire, bad stuff exists and makes people in the area sick. Sometimes it stays for years.

Sorry, it's kind of hard for me to explain.

The ash makes people sick? ( She's kind of with him on the bomb thing-she's thinking more like a firebomb than an explosion, but okay-but fallout? Wha? )

Yeah, it's pretty bad. When the ash is in the air, people breathe it in. As for what they sick with, it's different for everyone.

Do you know where you'll go for now?
